Kinetic Therapy
Treatment
Changing the way soft tissue injuries are treated, Kinetic Therapy is an innovative, form of (IASTM) instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation that enables therapists to break down scar tissue and facial restrictions effectively.

The technique utilises specially designed stainless steel instruments to detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.


Cupping Therapy
Treatment
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.


Myofacial Release
Therapy
(MR) Myofascial Release therapy is a whole body, hands on approach to treatment, using direct and indirect myofacial releases techniques, producing a profound healing effect, eliminating pain and restoring motion.

Direct myofascial release methods stretch, lengthen, or mobilize adhesive tissues. Where as indirect releases involves a gentle stretch, with only minimal pressure, allowing the fascia to “unwind” itself, increasing blood flow to the area.
